Another Broken Egg Cafe Unveils New Seasonal Menu
Another Broken Egg Café is introducing four new seasonal dishes and one craft cocktail for guests to enjoy for a limited time through mid-April. The new items are available at most cafes across the nation and can be purchased for dine-in, takeout and delivery.
“Our Culinary innovation team has done it again by delivering top-notch seasonal selections sure to wow our guests,” says Brandy Blackwell, vice president of marketing for the award-winning brand. “We cannot wait to share these new southern-inspired flavors with them.”
Another Broken Egg Cafe’s seasonal selections are available through April 22, while supplies last, and include:
- Deep South Biscuit Sandwich: This savory sandwich features crispy chicken tenders, pimento cheese, an over-medium egg and bacon jam on an over-sized biscuit. Served with a pickle and fresh country potatoes on the side.
- Lemon Pound Cake French Toast: This rich French-toast style dish is made with lemon pound care and topped with fresh blackberries, strawberries, powdered sugar and spiked Elderflower whipped cream, which guests must be 21 or older to enjoy. The dish can also be made alcohol free with fresh whipped cream. Served with two eggs any style with the choice of baked bacon or house-made sausage patties on the side.
- S’mores Waffle: Indulge in a decadent Belgian waffle with baked-in graham cracker crumbles, chocolate chips and marshmallow cream that is topped with chocolate syrup. Served with two eggs any style and the choice of baked bacon or house-made sausage patties on the side.
- Creole Shrimp Benedict: This hearty dish features poached eggs over cheesy andouille grit cakes and is topped with creole shrimp sauce and sliced green onions. Served with a choice of grits or fresh country potatoes on the side.
- Spiked S’mores Cold Brew: Rich chocolate cold brew combines with espresso in this seasonal sip, garnished with marshmallow topping and graham cracker crumb rim. Enjoy it alcohol-free or spiked with Maker’s Mark Bourbon for an extra layer of warmth.
