Another Broken Egg Cafe, the award-winning, upscale breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant, invites guests to savor the summertime and celebrate indulgence with four new summer-flavored dishes, two craft cocktails and one mocktail. The new items are available at most cafes across the nation and can be purchased for dine-in, takeout and delivery.
“We’re constantly listening to guest feedback to draw into our menu innovation, and incorporating the freshest flavors into our seasonal offerings,” said Brandy Blackwell, vice president of marketing for the “NextGen Casual” brand. “After a successful debut at select cafes last summer, we’re thrilled to expand these offerings nationally. Plus, we’re unveiling two new craft cocktails and a refreshing zero-proof mocktail, adding to our lineup of top-shelf beverages. Cheers to sunshine and brunchtime!”
Another Broken Egg Cafe’s seasonal selections are available through August 19, while supplies last, and include:
· Soft Shell Scrambler:
An indulgent, savory main, these scrambled eggs are topped with a fried soft-shell crab, lemon aioli and green onions. The dish is filled with onions, red peppers and andouille and served with fresh country potatoes or grits and an English muffin.
· Mango Dragon Fruit French Toast:
This crispy cinnamon French toast is filled with dragon fruit mango compote and features whipped cream spiked with spiced rum for guests 21 and older. This robust dish is topped with fresh mango and blueberry purée and served with two eggs any style and a choice of bacon or house-made sausage patties.
· Apricot & Streusel Cakes:
A decadent breakfast treat, these house-recipe pancakes are layered three-high with hand-crafted apricot preserves and topped with fresh blueberries, sweet cream cheese and cinnamon streusel. Served with two eggs any style and baked bacon or house-made sausage patties.
· Shrimp ‘N City Grits® Benedict:
Delectable and savory, the Shrimp ‘N City Grits® Benedict is comprised of house-made shrimp sausage, crispy cakes made from the brand’s signature City Grits® and topped with Béarnaise sauce, green onions and crispy fried onions made with Cholula® hot sauce. Guests may choose from grits or fresh country potatoes as their side.
· Spiked Butter Pecan Cold Brew:
A rich blend of Maker’s Markâ Bourbon and butter pecan cold brew, topped with pecans, cream and a caramel rim for a delightful treat. Guests may choose to enjoy this spiked or zero-proof.
· Milagro® Paloma Refresher:
A perfect mix of Milagro Tequila, grapefruit juice, lemon-lime soda and fresh lime with a mango salt rim, available by the glass or pitcher.
· Stars & Stripes Sparkling Boba:
Nothing says summer like this refreshing, zero-proof blend of lemon-lime soda, grenadine, infused blueberry boba pearls bursting with flavor and garnished with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
