Another Broken Egg Cafe Gets Festive for Fall with Debut of Seasonal Selections

Nation's Leading Upscale Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch Restaurant Brings Back Fall Favorites and Introduces Fresh Menu Innovations for the Season 

ORLANDO – Another Broken Egg Cafe, the award-winning, upscale breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant, is ready to welcome cooler weather with the launch of four decadent seasonal entrees, two craft cocktails and one mocktail for guests to enjoy for a limited time this fall. Available at all cafes across the nation beginning August 20, the new items can be purchased for dine-in, takeout and delivery.

“Every season, we strive to surprise and delight our guests with innovative dishes incorporating seasonal ingredients that keep them coming back for more. This fall, we’re excited to reintroduce fan favorites like our Pumpkin Waffle and debut new flavors such as the Maple Spice Cold Brew, available spiked or alcohol-free,” said Brandy Blackwell, vice president of marketing for the “NextGen Casual ” brand. “Our commitment to menu innovation means exploring a variety of flavor profiles and spices that fit the season to create elevated Southern dishes and unique seasonal beverages. We can’t wait for guests to fall in love with our latest creations.”

With the exception of the Pumpkin Waffle, Another Broken Egg Cafe’s seasonal selections are available through January 6, while supplies last, and include:

·     Lobster Hash Benedict: Savor the season with a cheddar and ham-filled potato hash benedict topped with poached eggs, sautéed lobster, truffle seasoned mushrooms, red pepper hollandaise and fried onions. Served with a choice of grits or fresh country potatoes.

·     Pumpkin Waffle: This returning fan-favorite will be available through November 12 and features a pumpkin-infused Belgian waffle topped with pecans, cinnamon-spiced compound butter and powdered sugar.

·     Tiramisu French Toast: A fresh take on an indulgent classic, this French toast masterpiece is back for its second season. Filled with cream cheese, topped with espresso whipped cream and dusted with cocoa, this dish is served with two eggs any style and a choice of baked bacon or house-made sausage patties.

·       Mediterranean Omelette: Indulge in a taste of the Mediterranean with this delightful omelette, filled with cream cheese and sliced gyro meat, complemented by red onions, roasted red peppers and fresh spinach. Topped with freshly sliced tomatoes, goat cheese and a sprinkle of Greek seasoning, this savory dish is served with focaccia and a choice of grits or country potatoes.

·       Cabaret French 75: Available by the glass or pitcher, this hand-crafted cocktail features Hendrick’s® new limited edition Grand Cabaret Gin, California champagne, simple syrup and a splash of cranberry. Garnished with lemon, this beverage offers the perfect fall twist on the classic French 75.

·       Maple Spice Cold Brew: Move over, pumpkin spice! Sip on the delightful rich blend of cold brew coffee infused with maple spice, topped with cream and a drizzle of sweet maple. Enjoy it zero-proof or spiked with Maker’s Mark® Bourbon for an extra touch of indulgence.

·       Blackberry Smash Mocktail: Celebrate fall with a burst of berry bliss in this refreshing zero-proof mocktail featuring muddled blackberries and fresh mint, combined with blackberry purée, a hint of zesty lemon and sparkling ginger ale.
