This Another Broken Egg Cafe location is owned and operated by Paul Sikand.
Paul always dreamed of running his own business. Fifteen years of working in the IT industry convinced him it was time to make a change and do something that was just for him. After careful consideration, he decided the best fit was to go in to the restaurant business.
Once he saw the success of other Another Broken Egg Cafe locations, opening his own restaurant in Pearland wasn’t a hard decision for Paul. Add in a menu loaded with fresh ingredients and creative recipes across a wide variety of breakfast classics, memorable brunch dishes and lunchtime favorites, and he was sold.
Paul also liked how the location was designed to feel like a casual getaway, served up with a generous side of family, friends and friendly service. Realizing that Pearland’s options for this kind of upscale, Southern-inspired menu with adult beverages were limited, he knew Another Broken Egg Cafe restaurant would be an instant hit.
Paul opened his restaurant at 2510 Smith Ranch Road. Since then, this location has become a big part of the community by getting involved with area charities as well as a favorite breakfast and brunch spot for locals.
