This Another Broken Egg Cafe location is owned and operated by Shahir Amin of Mas New Venture, LLC. This is Shahir’s second cafe and as a young entrepreneur, he’s excited about the opportunity to bring this celebratory dining experience to the Houston Westchase area and become more integrated in the community!
Opening an Another Broken Egg Cafe was an easy decision for Shahir. After opening his first cafe in Katy, TX, he realized that elevated, culinary-inspired breakfast and brunch options in Houston were also limited and pioneering the brand into the west Greater Houston area made sense. With a menu full of creative twists, brunch classics, and celebratory cocktails, both the culture and concept of Another Broken Egg Cafe fully align with his passion.
The Shahir will open his restaurant at 10001 Westheimer Road Ste. 2520. This location will become a staple in the local community as a new favorite breakfast and brunch spot.
