Opening an Another Broken Egg Cafe restaurant in Asheville wasn’t a hard decision. The opportunity to bring a menu loaded with fresh ingredients and creative recipes across a wide variety of breakfast classics, memorable brunch dishes and lunchtime favorites was too good to pass up.
The location was designed to feel like a casual getaway, serving up a generous side of family, friends and friendly service. Realizing that Asheville’s options for this kind of upscale, Southern-inspired menu with adult beverages were limited, this Another Broken Egg Cafe restaurant would be an instant hit.
The cafe opened at 27 Schneck Parkway. Since then, this location has become a big part of the community by getting involved with area charities as well as a favorite breakfast and brunch spot for locals.
