Unfortunately, delivery orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Yes. All personal information, including your credit card details, are encrypted using industry-strength security protocols. All data is transmitted over a secure link to the online ordering server.
You may select your tip percentage at checkout. When choosing delivery, the tip goes to your driver. Pickup & Curbside order tips go to the staff at the cafe.
You can track the status of your delivery order through the link sent in your emailed receipt.
Please pick up your takeout order inside the cafe at the bar.
Upon arrival, park in a designated curbside parking spot if one is available. If a designated spot is not available, park in any available spot adjacent to the cafe. Call the cafe at the number shown at the bottom of your electronic receipt or on the signage onsite. Let them know your name, the make, model and color of your car, and a team member will deliver your order to your vehicle.
Yes, you may place a catering order at Order Catering. Catering orders must be placed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and we ask for 72 hours advance notice for orders serving 100+ people.
Planning ahead is great, but we understand that it is not always possible. Please call the cafe, ask to speak with the manager, and we will do our best to try to accommodate your last minute needs to the best of our ability.
If you placed an order with DoorDash, Uber Eats or any other 3rd party provider, please use the customer service contact info available through each platform to resolve your issue. If your order was placed through our online ordering portal on call the cafe directly at the phone number listed at the bottom of your receipt to report any issues.
