Do you have eGift Cards?

Yes! eGift cards are emailed to the recipient the following business day.  Present the eGift card in print form or on your mobile device so that the card image and card number are visible at the time of redemption.

How are the eGift and traditional gift cards packaged?

eGift Cards are emailed to the recipient with a card and pin number and must be presented in printed format or on your mobile device at the cafe for redemption.

Traditional gift cards purchased at our restaurants are presented with a gift card carrier that may be personalized.

Traditional gift cards purchased online are affixed to an Another Broken Egg Cafe paper carrier with sender & recipient name, card value and message.

 

What denominations do gift cards come in?

Card amount must be between $5 and $500 and must be a whole number (no decimal). 

The maximum amount per order cannot exceed $1000.

 

Can I change the dollar amount on the gift card?

Once your transaction is complete, the amount is set and cannot be changed. However, traditional gift cards are reloadable at the cafe.

 

May I order a gift card on-line and pick it up at my local cafe?

Not currently.  Online orders will be shipped to the address provided at time of order.

 

When will my order ship?

eGift Cards are delivered instantly but may take up to 24 hours for the URL to activate. eGift cards are also printable if  you prefer to hand deliver them instead.  They will be emailed from [email protected].  If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder.  To avoid spam filters from Corporations or Educational Institutions, please provide a PERSONAL email address to ensure receipt of the virtual card.

Traditional gift card orders will be processed/made ready for pick-up/shipped on the following business day.  A tracking number will be sent to the sender directly from USPS if tracking is paid for at the time of the online gift card purchase.  Please allow 5 to 7 business days for standard delivery for traditional gift card orders.

We do not ship internationally.

We are unable to track standard mail (USPS First-Class $3.95) shipments.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather or by 3rd-party carriers.

 

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

Visit https://mps.bz to check your gift card balance.  You will be prompted to enter the card #, the business ID # and the CVV#.  Each # can be found on your Another Broken Egg Cafe gift card.

 

Do the Another Broken Egg Cafe eGift and traditional gift cards have an expiration date?

No. The Another Broken Egg Cafe eGift and traditional gift cards never expire, and they do not have any maintenance or non-usage fees. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used.

 

If I don’t use the full balance of my gift card what will happen?

If you do not use the full value of your gift card during your visit, the remaining balance will stay on your card until your next visit to Another Broken Egg Cafe.

 

Are there any non-usage fees if I don’t use the gift card right away?

There are no maintenance or non-usage fees on our eGift and traditional gift cards. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used. Even if you use your gift card and have a remaining balance available, that balance will remain intact until it is used again.

 

Where are the Another Broken Egg Cafe eGift and traditional gift cards valid?

Is it possible to use more than one gift card at a time?

Yes, you can use as many the Another Broken Egg Cafe eGift and traditional gift cards as you would like at a time. Holiday Brunch Bucks, Promotional Certificates and Complimentary Cards have different restrictions, please see below.

 

Am I able to use my gift card towards tax, gratuity and alcohol?

Yes, our eGift and traditional gift cards may be used towards both tax and gratuity. Holiday Brunch Bucks, Promotional Certificates and Complimentary Cards are valid for food only.

 

Am I able to use my gift card towards catering events?

Yes, our eGift and traditional gift cards may be used towards any menu item to include catering.  You will find our catering menu at https://anotherbrokenegg.com/catering.

 

Is it possible to have my gift card replaced if it is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, gift cards are treated like cash, and we cannot replace them for you.

 

What is the difference between a Holiday Brunch Buck, a Promotional Certificate and a Complimentary Card versus a standard cash gift card?

The Another Broken Egg Holiday Brunch Buck, Promotional Certificate and Complimentary Card are promotional elements given to our guests and are not available for purchase. Because they are promotional in nature, they do not have a cash value and have certain use restrictions attached to them, please see below for restrictions.
