Another Broken Egg Cafe elevates brunch experience in El Paso, TX
Another Broken Egg Cafe is ushering in an unmatched, exceptional brunch experience to those who love Southern-inspired food and amazing customer service on the border of Southwest Texas and Mexico with the opening of its newest location in El Paso.
Known for its Southern-inspired menu offerings with innovative twists and signature cocktails, Another Broken Egg Cafe is situated at 5863 N Mesa Street, in the Crestmont neighborhood next to the Century Plaza Business Center. This is the brand’s 93rd location nationwide, and 11th in the state of Texas.
The location is the first Another Broken Egg Cafe for Luis Romero, an experienced restaurant operator of LR Food Corporation. Romero and his team plan to open three total locations in the area.
"I am absolutely delighted to introduce Another Broken Egg Cafe's innovative interpretation of Southern-inspired cuisine to the community. I previously lived in El Paso for a period of eight years, so it’s been great to know that this opportunity will allow me to reconnect with the larger community," said Romero, whose operations experience spans more than a decade across multiple restaurant brands. "We firmly believe that our warm hospitality and inviting ambiance will deliver an exceptional breakfast, brunch and lunch experience to the entire area."
Luis boasts an extensive background as an operating partner, having successfully managed multiple prominent brands in Mexico for the past eight years. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in overseeing the operations of concepts such as IHOP and Boston’s Pizza. Luis’s professional journey has predominantly unfolded across the northern states of Mexico, including Chihuahua, Baja California, and Coahuila.
Offerings at the El Paso location include core menu items with broad fan appeal like the Shrimp ‘N Grits, Chicken & Waffles, Lobster and Brie Omelette, Huevos Rancheros, Southern Chicken Sandwich and more. In addition, kids can enjoy classic breakfast offerings including Chocolate Chip Pancakes with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, the French Toast Sampler or the Little Rooster (scrambled egg, fresh seasonal fruit, English muffin and baked bacon). The new location also features an enticing and modernized environment where gourmet food and beverages – including a full bar with signature cocktails, mimosas and bloody marys – come together to create a highly memorable dining experience for all.
"We are thrilled to grow Another Broken Egg Cafe's footprint with our first location in Southwest Texas," expressed Paul Macaluso, CEO and President of Another Broken Egg Cafe. "Luis has demonstrated his unwavering passion and dedication to advancing the brand while serving the El Paso community. On behalf of our entire team, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to him for the forthcoming opening, and we eagerly anticipate more to come in the future."
