Larry Griggers first made a name for himself in the Indianapolis restaurant industry in 1994 with the Hoosier Hospitality Group. As the owner and operator of this franchise organization, he was finally able to introduce a popular steakhouse chain to Indy for the first time.
Nine years and five restaurants later, Larry was introduced to the Another Broken Egg Cafe concept and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere, fresh ingredients and mouth-watering omelettes.
In 2013, Hoosier Hospitality Group opened Indianapolis’ first Another Broken Egg Cafe and two years later opened a second location in West Lafayette. Southern-style brunch cuisine was new to many Midwesterners, yet it became an immediate success.
After hearing continued praise, Larry decided it was time to open another location in Fishers, Indiana.
